Physician - Occupational Medicine - LOCUM - Milwaukee, WI

Provenir Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Physician for a full-time LOCUM contract in Occupational Medicine . This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call, and the ability to work in a supportive outpatient setting.

Assignment Details:

$165/ hr

Duration:

3months+

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM or 9:00 AM•6:00 PM No nights, weekends, holidays, or call

Responsibilities:

Provide care for scheduled and walk-in patients Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals

Qualifications:
