Job Description For over thirty years, Neuroscience Group has provided excellent neurologic care for the Fox Valley and Northeast Wisconsin. We are the only independent medical practice in the area combining neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedic spine surgery, interventional & non-interventional pain management, and physical therapy. 50+ providers across nine outlying clinics
Mission:
Improve lives by providing the very best in brain, spine, and pain care Core values: compassionate care, teamwork, fiscal responsibility, continuous learning, leadership, and community involvement Position Overview We are seeking a Neurosurgeon to join a collaborative team of 6 surgeons, 7 neurologists, 1 interventional neuroradiologist, 3 physiatrists, and a large team of APPs, based in Neenah, WI and serving Appleton, Green Bay, and the broader region.
Scope:
Full spectrum neurosurgical care, including intracranial vascular lesions and tumors, carotid endarterectomy, MIS and robotic surgery, and spinal deformity correction
Subspecialty:
Fellowship not required; subspecialty expertise or interest welcomed
Model:
Multidisciplinary team with strong APP integration and cross-specialty collaboration

Relatively normal people who are generously committed to both families and patients; neurosurgery viewed as a calling Robust Clinical Support We remove friction so you can focus on patient care: APPs heavily assist with office and hospital care Clinical assistants for rooming and paperwork Triage RNs to assess/prioritize calls Billing support specialists for accurate, timely billing Prior authorization team to manage payors Scheduling team for office visits & surgeries Administrative support for logistics & patient communications Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation with ownership potential and comprehensive benefits: Competitive base salary (market-aligned) + quarterly productivity bonus Current shareholders total compensation in the 90th percentile (MGMA) Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Signing Bonus / Retention Bonus / Tuition Reimbursement options 2-year partnership track or the option to remain employed 10 CME days + $5,000 CME annually 4 weeks of vacation annually Health, Dental, Vision Insurance HSA Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance 401(k), Profit Share, Cash Balance Pension Plan Medical Malpractice Insurance provided
