Family Medicine Physician

- J1 Visa SponsorshipPosition Overview Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice with an existing patient panel in Peshtigo, WI.
Practice Details Full-time:
40 hours per week, with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments (4-day workweek minimum) Large call group with phone call only (1:30+) No hospital requirements No weekends or holidays, except for on-call weekends Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay Compensation & Benefits 2-year compensation guarantee with potential for:- Production bonus

- 160 hours per fiscal year
- Increases to 264 hours after compensation guarantee expires CME stipend: $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of CME time off Up to $12,000 in relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits:
