(k) with match Short and long-term disability Profit Sharing Potential ownership interests for leadership positions Relocation support may be offered for qualified candidates What Youll Do Lead and mentor your care team, including APCs and nurses, providing guidance while letting them do their best work. Serve as the first point of referral for your APCs and perform regular chart reviews, collaborating frequently to determine the best care strategies. Conduct physical exams to evaluate health and diagnose conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging. Develop, initiate, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient. Prescribe and dispense medications. Document patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical recordsdone efficiently with built-in time, without worrying about after-hours catch-up. Educate and counsel patients and families on health problems, treatment plans, home care, and preventive strategies. Request consultations or referrals with other providers as needed. Stay up to date on the latest medical research and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting research projects.
