Waukesha, WI What You Will Do Position Highlights:
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician opportunity in Waukesha, WI at a newly re-opening clinic with a fresh operational launch Solo provider practice with strong support structure and access to a larger clinic call group Provide comprehensive primary care services with on-site lab capabilities Manage an average of 16-18 patients per day with a focus on quality, patient-centered care Flexible schedule of 4 days per week, including 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours After-hours call limited to your own patients Monday-Thursday, with shared weekend call rotation (approximately 1:8) Join a beautiful, newly updated facility designed to support efficient and modern care delivery Opportunity to build and grow your own patient panel in a community-focused setting Open to new graduates; mentorship and onboarding support available Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently for a period of time Commercial payor mix with opportunity to establish long-term patient relationships
Responsibilities:
Provide medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. Participate in academic programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested. Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner. Opportunity to participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
