M-F (8a-4p), 8-hour days; full-time coverage

Epic Practice Settings:
Inpatient, Outpatient Patients Per Shift:
20-30
Support Staff:
2 MAs, 1 RN, 5 imaging office staff
Trauma Level:
Level 2; Pediatrics Level 3
Call:
Beeper for unassigned patients with 30min response time required Consists of occasional phone consult from hospital (no on-site requirement)
Requirements Board Eligible Certifications:
BLS Licenses:
Wisconsin license preferred; will consider others WI Act 10 accepted
Credentialing Timeframe:
Urgent, within 30 days Fellowship
