Hospitalist Opportunity in Wisconsin Rapids, WI | 12-Hour Shifts Looking for a flexible, well-compensated hospitalist role in Wisconsin Rapids? Pay & Benefits:
Pay rate: $150/hour (orientation rate) Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements as applicable
What You'll Do:
Provide inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
What You Need:
Valid medical licensure in Wisconsin Relevant hospitalist experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexibility for day or night coverage About the
