Hospitalist - Beckley, WV Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Position OverviewAn established healthcare system in Southern West Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join a compassionate and collaborative inpatient care team. Required:
Procedures and open ICUKey Responsibilities- Manage acute and chronic inpatient conditions using evidence-based protocols.
- Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and case management to ensure smooth patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Experience in inpatient or hospital-based care preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
