Primary Care Physician Fairmont, West Virginia We re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Fairmont, West Virginia who wants strong income potential, meaningful patient relationships, and a schedule that actually protects your time. You ll step into an outpatient adult medicine role focused on comprehensive primary care for patients 18 and older. You ll build your panel over time with strong marketing support and a full clinical team behind you. Why this role is compelling

• Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM schedule
• 1 hour protected admin time daily
• 7 clinical hours per day
• 14 patients per day expectation ( scheduled average)
• Incentives paid quarterly for patients seen over 14/day
• Phone-only call every 9th week with triage support

• Base salary: $215,000 $230,000

Incentives:

$100 per patient over 14/day or 50% of net collections (paid quarterly)

• Top performers earn $10,000 $20,000 annually in bonuses

248 hours

CME:

5 days + $2,500
