Job Description
OB/GYN Physician Community-Focused Womens Health Valley Health Systems, Inc. Fort Gay and Huntington, WV and surrounding communitiesValley Health Systems is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician who is passionate about improving the health of women in our region. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we proudly serve women and families across southern West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and southeastern Ohio, ensuring access to high-quality, compassionate, and affordable care.

Position HighlightsFull-time position with a focus on comprehensive, community-centered womens careHospital privileges requiredParticipates in a supportive group call schedule, typically one call every 810 days and one weekend every 810 weeks.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting salary: $275,000 plus incentive opportunitySign-on bonus: $15,000Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and generous retirement contribution of up to $23,500Generous paid time off with a starting accrual of 200 hours with additional time available in illness banks, personal time and birthday PTO.CME funds and time off provided for continuing educationEligibility for NHSC and state loan repayment programsWhat Youll DoProvide a full scope of obstetric and gynecologic services, from prenatal care and delivery to ongoing womens health needsServe patients of all ages and backgrounds, strengthening access to care in underserved communitiesCollaborate with skilled providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver team-based, patient-focused careMaintain accurate documentation within our Epic EMR systemContribute to quality improvement efforts that advance womens health servicesQualificationsMD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility for board certification in Obstetrics and GynecologyCurrent or eligibility for unrestricted West Virginia medical licenseA heart for community care and a commitment to Valley Healths mission of Quality Healthcare in Your NeighborhoodReady to make a difference?
