Job Description

Description This contract position is on-site and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care through advanced radiological services. As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will be responsible for diagnosing and interpreting medical images, providing critical insights that guide treatment decisions. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes in our community. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans Interpret imaging results and provide detailed reports Collaborate with healthcare teams to discuss findings and treatment plans Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records Stay updated with advancements in radiology technology and techniques Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the imaging process Requirements MD degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license in the state of practice Specialization in Radiology with relevant board certification Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment Experience with various imaging technologies and software Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

7a-4p Call shifts required
Daily Volume:
6-10 procedures Board certification required Paid travel & expenses A-rated medical malpractice coverage
