Associate Podiatrist Opportunity

Sonoran Foot & Ankle Institute is seeking a motivated podiatrist to join our growing multi-physician private practice in Tucson, Arizona. This position offers immediate access to an established, busy clinic with strong referral relationships, surgical opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Position Highlights:

Guaranteed base salary of $150,000 or 40% of collections (whichever is greater) Estimated first-year compensation approximately $215,000+ Established patient volume from day one 3 clinic days, 1 surgery day, 1 administrative day weekly Hospital call opportunities available Broad exposure to foot and ankle surgery, wound care, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, and office procedures Modern multi-location practice with in-office ancillary services Autonomy with mentorship available as needed Long-term growth and leadership opportunities within the organization
