Surgery is not mandatory. New grads welcome. Must be willing to travel between three Inland Empire locations and work some Saturdays. Base salary + production. Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Podiatrist, a vital specialist dedicated to diagnosing, treating, and preventing conditions related to the feet, ankles, and lower extremities. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive foot care services to improve patients' mobility, comfort, and overall quality of life. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain healthy feet through personalized treatment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' well-being while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Duties Conduct thorough examinations of patients' feet, ankles, and lower limbs to diagnose conditions such as infections, deformities, injuries, or chronic diseases. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include medication prescriptions, physical therapy recommendations, orthotic fittings, or minor surgical procedures. Perform minor surgical interventions such as toenail removals or wart treatments with precision and care. Educate patients on foot health maintenance, injury prevention strategies, and proper footwear choices to promote long-term wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Keep detailed records of patient histories, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans in compliance with medical regulations. Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine through ongoing education and professional development. Skills Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions using evidence-based practices. Strong manual dexterity and precision for performing surgical procedures and intricate treatments. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Knowledge of the latest podiatric technologies, orthotic devices, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
