  • Outpatient | Full-Time | San Leandro, CA A mission-driven community health organization in near San Leandro, CA is seeking a full-time Podiatrist to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care to a diverse patient population.
This is a collaborative, outpatient-focused role with strong clinical support and an emphasis on quality, patient-centered care. Schedule Full-time Outpatient setting No inpatient responsibilities Compensation $183k+ annually Compensation determined based on experience and licensure in accordance with California pay transparency standards Position Overview Provide outpatient podiatric care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures within scope. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat foot, ankle, and lower-leg conditions Perform physical exams and review patient histories Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs) Prescribe orthotics, medications, and treatment plans Educate patients on foot care and disease prevention Refer patients to specialists when needed Collaborate with providers and support staff Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Maintain accurate EMR documentation Requirements Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) Active California podiatry license Current DEA registration CPR certification Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) with 8% employer match Malpractice insurance covered Generous PTO + paid holidays Continuing education and license renewal support Why This Opportunity?
