We're a busy, well-established, multi doctor podiatry group in sunny Southwest Florida , seeking a motivated, surgically trained Associate Podiatrist to join our growing team of four board-certified physicians. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled and compassionate doctor who's ready to take on a full spectrum of foot and ankle care in a practice that supports growth and collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Provide full-scope podiatric care in clinic and surgery Trauma | Sports Medicine | Wound Care | Routine Foot CareForefoot/Rearfoot/Ankle Surgical Pathology Consults & inpatient rounding Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Share on-call responsibilities (twice/month)
Where You'll Work:
Affiliated with two local hospitals , offering full hospital privileges and emergency department access.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary Year 1: $125,000 until you hit your revenue threshold 30-50% Tiered Reimbursement Compensation Plan Year 1 expectation: $170K - $200K Year 2 expectation: $280K- $320
