This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive podiatric care, utilizing advanced medical imaging and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure precise assessments and effective treatment plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, promote foot health, and improve quality of life for diverse patient populations. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to accurately diagnose foot and ankle conditions. Perform minor procedures such as ingrown toenail removal, or debridement in accordance with aseptic techniques. Educate patients on foot health, preventive measures, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness. Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including primary care providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Skills Proficiency in using EHR systems and medical imaging tools for diagnostics and documentation. Strong knowledge of podiatric procedures. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security. Critical thinking skills for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning in inpatient settings.
