- Full-time Great Lakes Medicine, PLC ., invites you to consider an excellent Hospitalist opportunity in and around the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. We are currently seeking a hard-working Board Eligible/Board Certified Hospitalist to join our dedicated team. Possible hospital assignments include Henry Ford Macomb and Henry Ford St John Hospitals.
