Job Description

Podiatry Physician opportunity in northern

New Hampshire:
step into a high-impact role where advanced foot and ankle care meets small-hospital agility, meaningful community connections, and four-season adventure right outside the clinic door 👣.

This Podiatry Physician role places a Licensed Podiatrist at the heart of a mission-driven, patient-first culture known for measurable outcomes, strong quality scores, low infection rates, and standout patient experience; the hospital's recent positive media momentum, trusted brand, and award-winning workplace environment support a Podiatrist with high-acuity exposure, access to advanced imaging and AI-assisted decision support, robust telehealth, streamlined EHR tools, real-time analytics, and leadership that pilots innovative care models while investing in clinician wellbeing, education, and career growth.

Within a collaborative Provider Services setting—also known as Medical Staff Services or the Clinical Services division—the Podiatry Physician will practice in a recognized, modern 35-bed critical access hospital in the Upper Connecticut Valley, emphasizing high-quality, low-cost care with a strong "culture of excellence"; key strengths for a Licensed Podiatrist include a Level IV Trauma Center, a specialized inpatient mental health unit (Ray of Hope), and a dedicated rural health clinic, all committed to local, accessible community care that positions a Podiatrist to serve patients across the continuum.

The Podiatry Physician will report to the Chief Medical Officer with day-to-day collaboration alongside the Director of Provider Services, supported by friendly nurses, skilled surgical services staff, certified wound-care specialists, physical therapy and rehab partners, hospitalists, case managers, social workers, and an inclusive, diverse healthcare professional team; typical Licensed Podiatrist responsibilities include outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, OR-based foot and ankle procedures, limb preservation and wound management, diabetic foot care, fracture care, sports injuries, evidence-based protocols, quality and safety initiatives, participation in committees, community outreach, and telepodiatry, with dependable ancillary support and optimized workflows for a Podiatrist to focus on top-of-license care.

Anchored in northern New Hampshire, the Podiatry Physician will enjoy four-season living with hiking, skiing, biking, paddling, fishing, and iconic foliage, plus concerts, festivals, farm-to-table cuisine, and a vibrant small-town lifestyle; the area offers excellent schools, a diversified regional job market, reasonable cost of living, varied housing from village homes to mountain retreats, safe neighborhoods, short commutes, walkable and bike-friendly towns, strong healthcare access, proximity to higher education, abundant parks and green space, inclusive community life, arts and culture, fitness and recreation, everyday shopping and amenities, family-friendly resources, senior services, reliable broadband, clean air and water, a favorable tax environment, regional airports with convenient connectivity, support for entrepreneurship, classic New England architecture, low congestion with real privacy, pet-friendly trails, accessible services, frequent community events, and a future-focused development outlook ideal for a Podiatrist seeking work-life harmony.

The Podiatry Physician will be offered competitive compensation with productivity and quality incentives, potential sign-on and relocation support, CME time and funding, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off, parental leave, and wellness resources; connect today with a Clinical Management Consultants recruiter to learn more and confidentially explore this Licensed Podiatrist opportunity—send a resume or request a quick conversation to get started 🚀.
