Job Description

We are a small, doctor owned, Podiatry private practice looking for a third Podiatrist to join our team. We have a physical office location in trendy, downtown Beaverton (about 15 min from downtown Portland), but most of the work will include traveling to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, and performing house calls. Most of the appointments will be within a 30 mile radius of the Beaverton, OR area. We would like this candidate to have one clinic day per week at the office. There is also the opportunity to expand into surgery as well. We value tailoring this position to fit the new hire's goals and desires for how their career will look. There is plenty of demand for clinic and surgery to accompany the mobile work. We are big on work life balance and having a fulfilling work life for our entire team. Candidate will need to have completed a residency and be board qualified or board certified. Candidate will need reliable transportation and a willingness to drive frequently to various locations. There is some flexibility on the specific work days, hours worked, and amount of patients seen weekly. We have a very supportive administrative team who handle scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication and billing. Tools and supplies will also be provided. This position will have a base salary of $180,000 PLUS a revenue based quarterly bonus (both of our current docs hit this bonus every quarter). Total yearly income projected to be $220,000+. There is significant opportunity for income growth based on patient volume and billing collections. Oregon and/or Washington license preferred, but not required. We can license and credential.
