Commonwealth Vein Center is a growing vascular and vein center specializing in comprehensive circulatory care, wound management, and limb preservation. Our multidisciplinary team includes vascular specialists, interventional providers, and wound care experts working together to deliver exceptional, patient-centered outcomes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) to join our collaborative vascular team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside vascular specialists in the management of complex lower extremity conditions, including chronic wounds, diabetic foot care, and peripheral arterial disease (PAD). This is an ideal position for a provider who enjoys both clinical care and procedural work, and who wants to be part of a team focused on limb salvage and advanced treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, with an emphasis on high-risk and vascular-compromised patients Provide advanced wound care management, including debridement and offloading techniques Collaborate closely with vascular providers on PAD, venous insufficiency, and limb preservation cases Perform in-office procedures and minor surgical interventions Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications:
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree Board qualified or board certified (preferred) Active state license (or ability to obtain) Experience or strong interest in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and vascular-related pathology Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
