- Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Surgical Podiatrist (DPM) to join our established, physician led multispecialty group in Everett, WA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and longitudinal management of foot and ankle disorders.
- Perform podiatric surgical procedures consistent with training and granted privileges, including forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery.
- Manage diabetic foot pathology, including ulcer care, infection management, post operative wound care, and limb preservation.
- Evaluate and treat foot and ankle trauma, coordinating care with other specialty services as appropriate.
- Deliver wound care and non operative treatments as part of an integrated treatment plan.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, physician led practice model, emphasizing care coordination and patient centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a CPME approved residency in podiatric medicine and surgery; board certified or board eligible
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program
- Board eligible or board certified in foot and ankle surgery (ABFAS or equivalent)
- Eligibility for unrestricted Washington State podiatric license by start date
- DEA registration in Washington State or ability to obtain prior to start
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience or focused interest in foot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb salvage, or trauma
- Experience practicing in a multispecialty or integrated delivery system
- 5+ years of experience The salary range for this role is $249,000 to $420,500 annually based on full-time employment.
