Job Description

About the Position We are seeking a licensed Podiatrist to provide on-site foot and ankle care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role focuses on preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic podiatric services for medically complex patients. Responsibilities Provide routine and advanced podiatric care to SNF residents Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions Perform nail care, callus care, wound care, and minor in-office procedures Manage diabetic foot care and ulcer prevention Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations Qualifications Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program Active and unrestricted podiatry license in the state of practice Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and travel between facilities Compensation & Benefits Starting at $110,000 with significant bonus potential. No after-hours call requirement. Flexible scheduling Administrative assistant support for scheduling Malpractice coverage Equipment provided Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunity for long-term, consistent patient care
