Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity as a School Psychologist in the vibrant Phoenix area. This contract role calls for motivated professionals ready to make a difference across multiple campuses and grade levels. Assignments may include elementary and high school settings, with varied schedules designed to spark your professional growth while supporting students' needs. As a valued contributor in an innovative school district, you'll have the chance to work with a dedicated team providing assessment, consultation, and direct support to students. What you bring:
Current Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certification IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Prior experience in school-based settings, ideally K-12 Proficient in using Google Suite and familiarity with Synergy (preferred) Strong assessment and evaluation skills (pen and paper format) Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Adaptability to work on various campuses as assignments require What you'll do: Conduct educational and psychological evaluations (caseloads around 60, approximately 12 evaluations per day) Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development Collaborate with educators and families to implement effective interventions Maintain thorough records and documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Why you'll love this role: Full-time schedules with flexibility based on campus needs Exposure to a diverse student population and multiple school environments Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Embrace a career that offers the satisfaction of impactful work and the opportunity to grow in the field.
