Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A full-time School Psychologist position is available to serve a small K-12 school district in Nutrioso, AZ. This role involves supporting four school buildings within the district, which educates approximately 1,100 students. The position is contract-based and offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological services and assessments within a close-knit educational community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students K-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans Provide counseling and crisis support as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist certification Experience working within K-12 educational settings Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and techniques Ability to manage caseload across multiple school buildings Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
