Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Experience:
Valid certification/license as a School Psychologist (state requirements) Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and behavioral interventions within a school setting Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with students and multidisciplinary teams Ability to design Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in eligibility determinations Commitment to supporting diverse learner needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop effective interventions Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Deliver staff training on behavioral management, trauma-informed practices, and inclusivity
