Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments to identify students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Develop and support the implementation of individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote academic success and emotional well-being. Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to help students manage challenges and build coping strategies. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate psychological and behavioral supports into the educational environment. Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings, providing clear reports, recommendations, and updates on student progress. Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, adjusting interventions as needed in collaboration with the educational team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessment reports, intervention plans, and compliance records. Stay current with best practices in school psychology through ongoing professional development and research.JOB PERKS
