Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time contract role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside educators dedicated to student growth and well-being, providing critical psychological services in an elementary school setting.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field Current (or eligible) School Psychologist certification in Arizona Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and offering counseling to elementary-aged students Proficiency in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement Effective communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant federal and state education regulations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and academic assessments to help identify students' needs Develop and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually or in small groups Consult with teachers and parents to design classroom accommodations and strategies Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment Participate in student study team meetings and help lead initiatives that foster students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth Immerse yourself in a role where you can use your training to empower young learners, connect with passionate colleagues, and cultivate a positive impact throughout the school community.
