Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a School Psychologist supporting PreK-12th grade learners. This full-time, contract opportunity offers a dynamic, itinerant role where your expertise will be valued in shaping educational experiences and supporting student well-being. As a key resource in the educational community, you will: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across a range of grade levels Participate in IEP meetings to support student growth and educational planning Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members Play a vital role in implementing and promoting the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Provide crisis intervention to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment Adapt support strategies for a diverse PreK-12th grade caseload, making a real difference day to day
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification required Experience or strong interest in supporting students from PreK through 12th grade Understanding of the MTSS process and ways to implement effective interventions Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices in both evaluation and intervention This contract position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $56, depending on experience and qualifications.
