Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into an impactful opportunity as a School Psychologist, supporting PreK-12th grade students through a full-time, itinerant assignment. Your expertise will touch multiple campuses, allowing you to make a meaningful difference as you travel between schools to provide psychological services, guide multidisciplinary teams, and foster an inclusive learning environment. In this contract position, compensation ranges from $45/hr to $56/hr. Eligible professionals will also have access to healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver psychological assessments and comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring each student's plan meets best practices and individual needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support academic and emotional success Help lead crisis intervention initiatives to provide timely student support when it counts most Promote and implement the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process for proactive intervention Serve as a resource in developing systems and strategies that promote positive student behaviors and mental wellness
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification (required) Experience working with PreK-12 students preferred Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in an itinerant role serving diverse school communities Strong skills in crisis management, assessment techniques, and collaborative teamwork Confident communicator and advocate for students' needs in group and one-on-one settings If you're ready to apply your skills where they're most needed, thrive in a dynamic school environment, and enjoy the rewards of travel, we encourage you to apply.
