Benefit from world-renowned training and educational opportunities that sharpen your clinical edge — and for those passionate about advancing the field, our Speakers Bureau offers a national platform to present, teach, and inspire Your Role as a Licensed Psychologist As a key member of the IOH clinical team, you will: Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, CPT, ACT, CBT-I, and more) Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary team to co-create holistic care solutions Serve as a Clinical Supervisor for Psychological Associates, supporting licensure hours and professional development Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant documentation Participate in case conferences and contribute your expertise to team discussions
What We Are Looking For Required:
Current, valid California Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to meet patients where they are, building trust across diverse backgrounds and complex clinical presentations Sharp diagnostic acumen and polished clinical writing — delivering assessments and reports that are both clinically rigorous and legally sound Preferred (but not required): Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Experience working within the California Workers' Compensation system Familiarity with chronic pain, trauma, or TBI populations Familiarity with Medical Provider Networks (MPN) within Workers' Compensation (IOH provides dedicated staff to assist with MPN credentialing and placement) Compensation & Benefits IOH values its clinicians and offers a competitive, comprehensive package: $110,000 - $150,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience and licensure status) Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Supportive, mission-driven work environment
Work Location:
In-person The posted range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Final compensation will be determined by role requirements, geographic location, skills, education, experience, market data, and internal equity with our current team members.
