DEFINITION

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Student Services, School Principal, and/or Designee provides assessment and support to assist with determining program eligibility and placement for children who qualify for services as established by State standards; participates in developing and implementing Individual Educational Plans (IEPs); provides individualized and/or group therapy for students. • Salary is dependent upon Degree(s), number of semester units beyond a Bachelor's Degree, CA Credential, and previous experience;
• Additional salary increases are earned for longevity with MSD;
• Additional salary steps can be credited for experience for each full year of hospital, clinical and/or school experience while possessing the required credential and/or license;
• Full-time Psychologists shall receive an annual stipend of $5,408. Psychologists working less than full-time shall receive a prorated share of the stipend;
• Certificated staff are paid monthly on an 11-month pay schedule (August-June);
