New Burbank Clinic - Founding Clinician Opportunity We are expanding into Burbank and are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our new location. This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational member of a growing clinic backed by established systems, clinical standards, and strong administrative support. As a founding clinician, you will help shape the culture of the Burbank clinic while working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Why Clinicians Choose IOH Balanced caseloads (25-30 clinical hours per week) True team-based care alongside physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists Administrative and MPN credentialing support Opportunities for professional growth, including clinical supervision and program development Established, financially stable organization Ongoing training and education opportunities Meaningful, mission-driven work serving injured workers Position Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, CPT, ACT, CBT-I, and related approaches) Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary team members Provide clinical supervision for Psychological Associates Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant documentation Participate in case conferences and team meetings
Qualifications Required:
Active California Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Strong diagnostic and assessment skills Excellent clinical documentation and report-writing abilities
Preferred:
