Job Title:

Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$121.94 per hour

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2 included) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews with inmates Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to meet inmate needs Provide mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling services Make routine rounds in segregation or housing units to evaluate inmate adjustment and mental health status Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical staff, and security personnel, to ensure coordinated care Document treatment activities and monitor patient progress Address escalation behaviors and mental health changes to support inmate well-being What You Need Valid license or board eligibility as a Psychologist Minimum of 1 year of psychological assessment and treatment experience preferred Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and crisis intervention strategies Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams US Citizenship (required for ICE clearance) and ability to obtain expedited clearance BLS certification (or pending attestation) About the Assignment This assignment involves providing comprehensive mental health services in a correctional setting, ensuring safety and well-being for inmates through assessments, treatment plans, and continuous monitoring.
