This is an on-site role in our Campbell office for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has experience providing evidence-based treatments with children and adolescents (ages 3-18). Clinicians at Juniper provide therapy to children, teens and families with a variety of challenges including those associated with anxiety, depression, autism, social and behavioral difficulties, ADHD, trauma, and bereavement. Psychologists in our group practice also provide gender identity, cultural identity, and LGBTQ+ support. High-emphasis is placed on neuro-affirming conceptualization and communication.

Directed by two child and adolescent-focused psychologists with 25+ years of experience Juniper was founded in 2018 and is a stable, thriving group practice with consistent staff of clinicians. Most therapists have been at Juniper for 4 or more years. Juniper therapists are warm, down to earth, collaborative, bright, and supportive of each other Clinicians receive biweekly 60 minute individual case consultation with the directors Freedom to provide highly specific care such as school observations, attending school meetings, and community ERP interventions Shared family cases (different clinicians work individually with different members of the family and collaborate to provide tailored therapy) Private office space for psychologists working 20 hrs per week or more Competitive compensation (see below) Monthly group case consultation and clinical discussion Social monthly group lunch Located walking distance to the Pruneyard (Trader Joe's, restaurants, coffee, yoga, Orange Theory, Row House, Barre Method) and downtown Campbell Located on Los Gatos Creek Trail Ample parking Referrals provided In-depth training available in selective mutism treatment and young child psychotherapy (ages 2-6) Opportunity to start and run groups if desired Opportunity to provide psychological testing & assessment, if desired Strong established connections with pediatricians, psychiatrists, schools and other mental health therapists Qualifications Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field Current licensure as a psychologist in California Expertise in Child & Adolescent (ages 3-18) Psychology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with children, adolescents and their parents Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with evidence-based assessments and treatments Strong ability to collaborate with parents, school staff, mental health therapists and referring psychiatrists Role Minimum of 20 service hours per week Exact hours and workdays are flexible
Compensation Earnings:
$135-150/hr ($139,600-$162,000 per year). Earning estimate is based upon 20-25 weekly service hours for 48 weeks per year and level of clinical experience.
