Desired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and behavioral management techniques Experience performing evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and working within multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans in collaboration with educators, families, and allied professionals Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to support student success Deliver evidence-based counseling and intervention services to students, both individually and in groups Support faculty and staff with strategies to enhance the learning climate and promote mental wellness campus-wide Maintain accurate documentation and assist with compliance as it relates to special education laws and district policies You'll find fulfillment in knowing your work directly supports student growth—academically, socially, and emotionally.
