- Benefit from tools designed to reduce administrative burden, including note-writing assistance About the Role As a Licensed Staff Psychologist, you'll be at the heart of our clinical mission, providing comprehensive psychological services to children, adolescents, and young adults.
D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited graduate school Minimum of three (3) years of post-degree experience in either a pediatric clinic and/or school-based setting Valid California license to practice psychology (required) Maintenance of valid California license with documentation of continuing education credits submitted to the Board of Psychology Adherence to all professional, ethical, legal, and confidentiality issues outlined by the California Board of Psychology, The American Psychological Association, and State and Federal laws (e.g., HIPAA) Required Knowledge & Skills Knowledge and understanding of CHC's four areas of expertise: ADHD, Learning Differences, Anxiety & Depression, and Autism Spectrum Disorders Thorough knowledge and skills in evidence-based child and adolescent therapies, case formulations, and treatment planning Familiarity and comfort with providing therapy via telehealth platforms Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with both clients and colleagues Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and priorities within the agency Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (essential)

$120,000- 150,000 per year (for 1.
Position Details:
This position will start at 0.8 FTE. Compensation listed is representative of a 1.0 FTE (40-hour work week). Actual compensation will be adjusted based on FTE type.Pay Type:
Salary Benefits Available to 0.75+ FTE Employees Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Accrual of up to 3 weeks of paid vacation per year Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services Free continuing education (CE) classes License renewal fees paid by CHC Professional organization membership dues (1 organization per year) Benefits Available to All FTE Employees Accrual of up to 2 weeks of paid sick leave per year Weekly consultation groups Eligibility for loan forgiveness programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness and California state loan repayment programs The starting base salary for this position is as shown above. The actual base salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
