Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a significant impact supporting K-12 students as a contracted School Psychologist for an award-winning district located near Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned professionals seeking a dynamic school environment with immediate interview availability and a rewarding caseload. The role covers a maternity leave from August 5th through October 30th, with a potential extension through mid-December. Work part-time, three days a week (7:30 AM-4:00 PM), evaluating students and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
Active California School Psychologist credential required Minimum 5 years of school psychologist experience, including at least 2 years of continuous school-based work Demonstrated skill in comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and creating IEPs Experience with a broad range of student needs, from mild to severe disabilities Strong communication and collaboration abilities across students, families, and faculty
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students K-12 Collaborate in developing, updating, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with staff and families to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being Document findings and recommendations clearly in accordance with district and legal protocols Support special education compliance and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
