Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations , including ADHD/ADD and Autism Evaluation (Training is Available) to individuals with various mental health conditions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.
Duties:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess and diagnose mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide evidence-based mental health counseling to individuals and groups
  • Offer crisis intervention services to individuals in acute distress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Refer to behavioral health support and interventions for patients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Offer PTSD care and treatment for individuals who have experienced trauma
Experience:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in California
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Strong skills in mental health counseling and therapy modalities
  • Experience conducting research studies in the field of psychology
  • Familiarity with group therapy dynamics and techniques
