Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations , including ADHD/ADD and Autism Evaluation (Training is Available) to individuals with various mental health conditions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess and diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide evidence-based mental health counseling to individuals and groups
- Offer crisis intervention services to individuals in acute distress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Refer to behavioral health support and interventions for patients with autism spectrum disorder
- Offer PTSD care and treatment for individuals who have experienced trauma
Experience:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in California
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong skills in mental health counseling and therapy modalities
- Experience conducting research studies in the field of psychology
- Familiarity with group therapy dynamics and techniques
