To provide psychological services by working directly with students, classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to develop a positive learning environment for students.SUPERVISOR
Superintendent or DesigneeTYPICAL DUTIES 1.
Develop and recommend appropriate programs that determine eligibility of students for special program placement. 2. Assess intellectual and educational characteristics- of students, including the administration of individual psychological tests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid School Psychologist Credential or equivalent.
- Five (5) years experience as School Psychologist preferred.
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Pass a pre-employment physical examination to be administered by District-approved medical practitioner at no cost to the applicant.
MEDICAL CATEGORY I
Light Physical Effort 1. Normally located in a work environment with light physical qualifications and requirements. 2. Ability to lift 25 lbs. maximum or carry any object weighing up to 15 lbs.Requirements / Qualifications
