Role Summary We are actively interviewing for a full-time Psychologist to join our team in San Leandro, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Ensure that behavioral and psychological information is integrated into a multi-disciplinary report and prescriptive plan to support individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and maximizing their potential. Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with county mental health agencies. Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care for clients. Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services. Train and mentor staff and community service providers. Required Qualifications Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments, including competency evaluations. Training and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desired. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are welcome. Why Join Us?
