Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities await for school psychologists eager to make a positive impact in a vibrant educational setting. This is a contract-based role spanning the school year from August 11, 2026, through June 2, 2027, with on-site presence required. Key Qualifications:
Current, valid license as a School Psychologist; school counselor credentials do not meet requirements Previous experience in a school setting assessing, supporting, and counseling students Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Proven ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with students, staff, and familiesRole Responsibilities:
Provide psychoeducational assessments and data-driven recommendations for individualized student support Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering insights and strategies to support student growth Deliver direct counseling services to students as needed, advocating for social-emotional wellness Maintain accurate records, compliance with all state and federal educational laws, and adhere to district policies Offer crisis intervention when necessary and contribute to schoolwide mental health initiatives This is a fantastic opportunity for travel professionals seeking a dynamic assignment in a highly regarded district with a substantial, supportive psych team.
