Position Overview We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based approaches Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Manage a caseload and maintain timely client communication Collaborate with other providers and participate in case consultations as needed Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice Qualifications Active state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Experience with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
