We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychological Testing technician to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English preferred; other languages considered) and have experience administering and scoring a variety of psychological assessments, including cognitive, adaptive, and autism-specific instruments.Responsibilities:
Administer, score, and interpret standardized cognitive, adaptive, and autism assessments (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-V, Vineland-3, ABAS-3, ADOS-2, etc.) Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing assessment results Collaborate with psychologists, and other team members to support diagnostic and treatment planning Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with ethical standards and best practices Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate assessment services to diverse populationsQualifications:
Per the Board of Psychology to be registered: "The statute requires an individual to possess a bachelor's or graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution, or be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at a regionally accredited institution, in 1. Psychology, or 2. Education specializing in educational psychology, counseling psychology or school psychology." Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred; other languages welcome) Experience administering and scoring cognitive, adaptive, and autism assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with neurodevelopmental disorders preferredTo Apply:
