Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain) Background in educational assessment, intervention, and counseling Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct student assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and intervention needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and support for students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being Participate in crisis intervention and contribute to school safety initiatives Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with applicable regulations
