Job Summary Job Summary The School Psychologist is responsible to the Director of Special Education and the site administrator. School Psychologists provide psychological services to schools, including testing, counseling and consulting to assist in meeting the social, emotional and educational needs of students in regular and special education programs being serviced by the district; administer and interpret psychological assessments of students, prepare recommendations regarding the evaluation and placement of students; consult with teachers, administrators, specialists, agency and district personnel and parents; counsel students; coordinate behavior management programs; and perform related duties. Qualifications Required:
Credential authorizing School Psychology. For credential questions, please email credentials@vacavilleusd.org $1879 additional pay for your Masters •$1879 additional pay for your Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or doctorate Speech-Language Pathology Credential = $3594 additional yearly stipend Separate Salary Schedule for our Speech and Language Pathologists Speech-Language Pathologists have flexible work hours outside of the instructional day and when not mandated to attend training and/or an IEP meeting within their duty day Credential Copy (Or Appeasement Letter) Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume Requirements /
