Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Bring your commitment to supporting students' growth and well-being into a close-knit educational environment as a School Psychologist for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This fulfilling contract opportunity offers the chance to make a difference within a smaller district, surrounded by a dedicated SPED team known for collaboration and support. You'll play a pivotal role in helping students succeed—academically, socially, and emotionally—by providing high-quality psychological services. Pending CDEs are welcome, and details regarding caseload will follow, ensuring you have the information needed to excel in your position. What we're seeking: Colorado School Psychologist certification or eligibility (pending CDEs considered) Prior experience in schools preferred Strong knowledge of special education practices and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for students and colleagues Your responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine student needs Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions Supporting Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation Delivering counseling and guidance services as required Participating actively in team meetings within a welcoming, close community Providing crisis intervention and behavioral consultation as needed Envision a role where your expertise is highly valued, and where you can form meaningful connections within a supportive SPED team.
