Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact throughout the school year as a dedicated school psychologist working with elementary students in the heart of Colorado. This rewarding contract opportunity provides the chance to collaborate with vibrant learning communities at two elementary schools, guiding students' growth and supporting educators in their mission.
Key Qualifications:
Hold a current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist License Demonstrated school-based experience, preferably in an elementary setting Solid understanding of social-emotional learning and student support services Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills Collaborative and adaptable communication style with staff, students, and families Comfortable providing onsite-only support
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary problem-solving teams and crisis intervention efforts Deliver proactive guidance to promote healthy social and emotional growth Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards within the school framework This contract spans the full 2026-2027 academic year, offering a highly engaged, supportive setting for your clinical skills. You'll work a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week between two well-respected elementary campuses in the Boulder area.
