Job Description
Our established fee for service dental practice in the south Denver/ DTC area is seeking a Hygienist to join our dental family. Our practice has been around for over 55 years. We pride ourselves in building long term relationships and treating patients AND team members like family, and we are looking for a team member who will share in our commitment to do so. This position is 3 days per week and is considered Full-Time and benefits eligible. The schedule is Wednesday - Friday and patient hours are 7am-4pm Wed/Thu and 7am-3pm Fri. We are conveniently located near I-25 and 225, and are not open any evenings or weekends. Our practice is extremely focused on building trusting and caring patient relationships, not in sales or dental coding upgrades. Each patient appointment is one hour, we do not practice any accelerated hygiene, and SRP or N2O patients are scheduled for up to 2 hours. Our office is completely digitally organized, no paper patient forms or charts and we use Dentrix. NP appointments are scheduled for 2 hours, the first hour is in the Drs. operatory, the second in the hygiene operatory. We encourage all of our clinical staff to wear loupes and will reimburse 50% for repairs or new loupes. We will pay for approved CE and group study clubs.
