School Psychologist in Golden, CO Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Golden, CO Job Details Contract $25 - $67 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to provide essential support within a school setting in Golden, CO. This contract position involves working directly with students, educators, and families to assess and address the psychological and educational needs of students to promote their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students' emotional and mental health. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid credential or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting assessments and providing counseling services in a school environment. Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.Location:
