Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Take your expertise to the next level as a School Psychologist in a vibrant educational community near Loveland, CO. This full-time, contract opportunity spans the school year from August 2026 to May 2027 and provides a chance to work onsite across multiple K-12 locations. You'll collaborate closely with educators and students, providing critical supports and shaping positive learning environments during a pivotal time in education.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current and active Colorado School Psychologist License, issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Prior experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings is highly valued Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills Exceptional ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families Adaptability and efficiency in managing caseloads across multiple schools Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized educational plans (IEPs) Deliver counseling and intervention services to students in need, both individually and in groups Offer consultative support to teachers, administrators, and families Develop and lead professional development sessions on social-emotional learning and behavioral interventions Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive school climate Why Consider This Opportunity?
